Terms of Service

These are the Terms and Conditions of membership in the WMC4ME program.
Violation of any of these could result in immediate cancellation of your account.

  • No Porn Sites – The Web Marketing Concepts program cannot be used to promote sites that offer pornographic material or adult toys.
  • No Gambling Sites – The Web Marketing Concepts program cannot be used to promote sites that offer internet gambling.
  • No Hate Sites – The Web Marketing Concepts program cannot be used to promote sites that encourage hate or discrimination against any group or organization.
  • No Redirects – Use of the Web Marketing Concepts programs to redirect to a website that is itself a redirect is strictly prohibited.
  • You can cancel your membership with Web Marketing Concepts at any time. We do not provide refunds, full or partial, for any remaining days of your membership. Your membership will remain active until the final day of your billing cycle.
  • When an account is canceled due to nonpayment or at the request of the member, the web site hosting account associated with that member will also be canceled at the end of the billing cycle.
  • If, for any reason we are not able to charge your credit card or PayPal account for your monthly subscription fee, your account will be “Suspended”. We will notify you by email so that you can correct the problem or make alternate payment arrangements. While your account is “Suspended”. Your account will remain suspended until you make other payment arrangements with us. After 7 days under the “Suspended” status, your account will be canceled.
